Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective. You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of receiving the item. All damaged or defective items must be unworn and unwashed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at cs@allove.online.com within 5 days of receipt, including a clear photo of the damage. Our team will provide further assistance.
