SHIPPING
We can only ship your order accurately based on the information you provide. Whether you're ordering for yourself or someone else, it's essential to supply a complete and correct address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the address provided is undeliverable.
If a shipment is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable for any reason, you will be held responsible for the associated shipping and handling fees. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses. Ensure your rental agreement allows for the receipt of signed-for or registered items. We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a home or work address to facilitate successful delivery, as a signature may be required.
Shipping costs and methods are detailed on our website. Once your item has been dispatched, we are not liable for its condition or delivery to your address. Any claims for damages to the item must be filed directly with the courier.

Please note that packages may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential delays caused by your country’s customs processes.
All Love reserves the right to request additional fees for large shipments or to cancel such orders. Additionally, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Important Note: All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to cover any applicable customs, duties, or taxes required by your country.
